But your messages still sit on someone else's servers, governed by someone else's policies, one breach or policy change away from exposure. You can't verify any of it. LockSpeak takes a different approach: don't trust - encrypt. Write your message in LockSpeak, encrypt it with a passphrase you share only with your recipient, and paste the scrambled text into any messenger you already use. The messenger delivers it, but all it ever sees is unreadable ciphertext. Only someone with the right passphrase can turn it back into words. Yes, it's one extra step. That's the point. That small step is what takes your privacy out of a corporation's hands and puts it back into yours. HOW IT WORKS 1. Agree on a passphrase with the person you message - in person is best 2. Type your message in LockSpeak and tap Encrypt & Copy 3. Paste into WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email - anything that sends text 4. They paste it into LockSpeak and read it. Anyone else sees gibberish.
