Cirruscope
Elevated Nextcloud Experience
Only for Mac
Free
Mac
Cirruscope brings Nextcloud to your Mac as a proper, app-like experience — not just another browser tab.
FEATURES
• No browser address bar, tabs or toolbar — your Nextcloud interface fills the window edge to edge
• Drag the window by the Nextcloud top bar
• Show or hide Nextcloud's sidebar from the View menu or with Control-Command-S whenever you want more room
• Quick-launch any Nextcloud server app from the View menu, each with its own icon, or from the Dock — and give your favorites their own keyboard shortcuts
• Find your Nextcloud server apps, Talk conversations, notes, collectives and their pages right in Spotlight
• Open them with an action in the Shortcuts app, too
• The Activity widget shows recent changes to your Nextcloud files on your desktop or in Notification Center
• Get your Nextcloud notifications in Notification Center, with a count on the Dock icon
• Join video and audio calls in Nextcloud Talk with your camera and microphone
• Optional translucent Liquid Glass appearance, if you prefer it over the solid default
• Downloads land straight in your Downloads folder, with a progress window and a notification when they finish
PRIVACY
Cirruscope collects nothing. No analytics, no tracking — the app connects only to your own Nextcloud server and to services your server points it to, such as one for office documents or calls.
FREE & OPEN SOURCE
Cirruscope is free and built entirely in the open, so you can review every line of its source code.
Cirruscope is an independent project from the Nextcloud community. It is not affiliated with Nextcloud GmbH.
