Welfi 1.6 rebuilds how you move around the app. NEW - A new bottom bar: Home, Transactions, Overview, Budgets, Accounts. Add floats free of it, so the button you press most is no longer one mis-tap from four screens. - Reports is now the Overview tab instead of a tile inside a drawer. - The More drawer is gone. Everything it held is one chip in the header, grouped into Money, Plan, Wealth and Future. - Home opens with what needs you, and a bell that says what kind of thing happened and takes you straight to it. - Shake to hide every amount. Off by default — turn it on in Settings. - Tap the tab you are already on to go back to the top. - Sell an asset in any currency, not only the one you tracked it in. IMPROVED - Glass headers, with a title that starts large and shrinks once you are reading. - A screen you have already loaded stays loaded. - Overview draws straight away instead of waiting on its figures. FIXED - Recurring offered Transfer, then saved nothing to the timeline. - Tapping a tab to scroll back to the top worked on one tab out of five. - Some screens had two tops: the header claimed a position the page never reached. - The selected tab's pill covered the label it belonged to. - Home's summary counted the wrong stretch of days, and "See all" opened the wrong screen. - The costs panel when selling an asset was unreadable in dark mode.

WHERE YOUR MONEY SITS A new card in Reports sorts everything you hold by how quickly you could actually reach it — same day, short notice, fixed term, locked until an event — and shows what your cash earns against inflation in your market, with the date each published figure was set. It describes; it doesn't grade, and it doesn't tell you what to do. SPLIT A TRANSACTION One receipt, several categories. A 428.50 supermarket run can be 300 groceries and 128.50 household, and every budget, report and view now reads the split rather than the label on the transaction. The account balance never moves — splitting is about where the money belongs, not what left your account. RECURRING, ON YOUR SCHEDULE Recurring items are no longer limited to a fixed handful of options. Every 3 weeks, every 2 months, every 18 months — set the cadence you actually have, and it stays in step with the same series on the web. YOUR PROFILE, ON THE PHONE Set your display name and profile photo from the app — camera or library — instead of only on the web. Your avatar is now the same everywhere in the app. MOVING AROUND Sections now carry their own tabs, so getting between Reports, Assets and the rest takes fewer taps. Half-filled sheets warn you before they close, instead of quietly discarding what you typed. The Budget screen has been rebuilt: planned and actual spending on one bar, envelopes grouped into Needs, Wants and Savings. Assets now open a detail view with a growth forecast, Apple Pay automation can file into a specific category, and the country picker is searchable. Plus fixes for transfer labels, notification taps, and subscription status not refreshing.

Five ways to view your transactions — list, grouped, pivot, charts, and a calendar that shades each day by what you spent. Save the views you use often and reopen them in one tap. Transfers between your own accounts no longer count as spending, so your totals reflect what you actually spent. Adding a transaction is faster and takes fewer taps.

Setting up Welfi is now a guided walkthrough — pick your currency, secure your data, add your first account and choose your categories, in that order, with nothing left half-finished. - Sign in with Google or Apple? You now choose your own encryption password, so you can unlock your data on the web and on any new device — not just the phone you signed up on. - Recovery codes are confirmed properly at setup, so you can't lose the only key to your data by tapping past a checkbox. - A new default category set that makes sense wherever you live, including income categories for salary, freelance work and dividends. - Adding your first transaction now guides you to create an account first, and transfers explain when you need a second one. - The dashboard insight shows something true about your own money, and opens the AI assistant when you tap it. - Clearer, honest handling when Welfi can't reach the server — it tells you instead of showing figures it isn't sure about. - Fixes: account names now display correctly in the transaction picker, and the Transactions summary reads Income / Expense / Net.
