I was told after an interview I would have a personalized care plan within 48 hours. Instead, they asked me to click on three body parts, threw out some stretching videos, and called it a care plan. Their own AI said none of these exercises are safe. There is no help section, no contact information, no email to reach support. Insurance will lock you into the program for 90 days. DO NOT TRUST THEM

The AI Chatbot is fine, but I need a human being to look at it because I can’t get the exercises to be easier. I have sent messages through the email. But there’s no way to get a hold of a human even KIMI. If somebody human can fix this, I will change my review.

Exercise sessions with KIMI are smoother and more natural. - KIMI starts coaching faster when you begin a session. - KIMI waits for a natural pause before her next tip, so she doesn't talk over you. - Your words now appear on screen while you talk to KIMI during exercises. - The rest screen tells you which exercise is coming next. - Time you add to a countdown now stays put. - Coaching works in Spanish as well as English. - Bug fixes and performance improvements.
