Nidu Baby: Smart Baby Monitor
Use your old iPhone as camera
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Turn the iPhone you already own into a smart baby monitor. No camera to buy. Ready in 2 minutes.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Put one iPhone by the crib. Any iPhone 8 or newer: the old one in a drawer, your partner's, or yours.
2. That one iPhone does all the watching. It lets you know with a sound when:
• it can't see your baby's face (blanket, rolled over, out of view)
• crying starts
• the room gets too dark
3. Have a second iPhone? Add it and get everything from anywhere at home: live video, sound, talk-back and the heads-up in your pocket. Optional, not required.
WHY PARENTS CHOOSE NIDU
- Sensitivity you set: from "tell me right away" to "only if it lasts a while"
- 34 sleep sounds (Brahms, ocean, music box, rain) with a timer that turns them off
- Two-way audio: whisper "I'm here" without getting up
- Private by design: no account, no cloud. Video goes straight between your iPhones
- Works with the iPhones you have. A smart camera costs $150–$300. Nidu costs less than a coffee a week.

Ratings & Reviews
Nidu is now about half the size, so it downloads faster, even on cellular. The 6 main sleep sounds are built in and work offline; the rest of the library downloads the first time you tap each sound. Plus small improvements.
