Decks you can build from either end. A deck now holds nineteen display items beside the controls: clock, date, text, image, shape, icon, bar, ring, number, gauge, sparkline, status light, list, Mac status, pinned window and script output. Lay them out freely, with align, distribute, layer, multi-select and undo, on the phone or in the Mac's own deck editor. Eleven themes, and a CSS layer with a documented vocabulary if you would rather style a deck by hand. Ghost. Pin one Mac window to the phone and it fills the screen in the right proportions, with your touches landing in the window. Or give the Mac a second screen: a software display it treats like a monitor, with rotation, and switches for the Dynamic Island and the rounded corners. The cable. Plug the phone into a paired Mac and Coast offers to run over USB, at a 0.46 ms round trip, with Wi-Fi held warm behind it so unplugging falls back within a tick. Bluetooth is still there for when Wi-Fi is not. Twenty-three preset decks, every shortcut checked against the app maker's own documentation: Final Cut, Premiere, Resolve, Logic, Xcode, VS Code, Terminal, Figma, Blender, Photoshop, Lightroom, Keynote, Safari, Finder and more. Coast speaks Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and French, and follows iOS's per-app language setting. Also in this release: a four-tab layout with Settings one tap from anywhere, a Settings window on the Mac in the native style, a rebuilt trackpad photo editor with pinch, pan and an Apple-style ruler, a System tab that grew from thirteen tiles to thirty-four, timers and triggers for macros, an optional door for AI assistants that is off by default, and a fix for the false "Wi-Fi stopped answering" notice when you return to the app.

Gamepad mode. Flip a grid into Gamepad mode and it lays itself out as a controller: twin sticks, D-pad, ABXY, bumpers, feathered triggers, and the system trio, sized for landscape. Turn on gyro steering instead and the phone becomes the wheel: hold it flat, tilt to steer, tap to re-centre, with full-height throttle and brake paddles. What each control sends comes from the grid's pad mapping, so one picker re-binds the whole pad. Presets for Action/FPS, Racing, Platformer, and Emulator, plus per-control overrides. Every pad control is an ordinary widget you can move, resize, recolor, rebind, or delete, and the mapping travels with the grid through iCloud, export, and import. The pad plays through keyboard and mouse, so it drives anything with rebindable controls: most PC ports, emulators, and anything that reads WASD and the mouse. Also in this release: six ready-made demo grids to start from, and a Finder action for creating a new text file in the current folder. Pick your display. If your Mac has more than one monitor, the screen mirror now chooses which one it shows. The picker sits in the Screen tab and in every mirror widget's settings, and stays out of the way when there is only one display attached. App icons that show up. Your Mac's real app icons now arrive reliably, instead of appearing for some apps and never for others. Launcher keys wear the app's own icon at full size, with no caption unless you add one, and any key can take a custom symbol instead. The app list behind the launcher picker is steadier too, so it fills in the first time you open it.
