CHURCH ROLL Your church can keep its official roll — each member's official name and member number — imported from the Excel sheet it already has, with families, baptism, phone and the date you became a member. Got a code from your church office? Open your church, tap "I have a code", type it, and you're linked — nothing else to fill in. Choose a display name of your own; your official name stays the church's record. CHURCH RECORDS A register of baptisms, weddings, child dedications and services, with photos, search, PDF and Excel. Records are saved on your phone first, so it works with no signal. They can be corrected but never deleted, and every change is kept. ELECTIONS Leadership elections, one office after another. A secret ballot — nobody can see how you voted or a running count — with turnout shown as "36 of 46 voted" and the result kept afterwards. Leaders can put the live turnout and the result on a big screen for the room. VISITORS The guest check-in form now has an optional "introduce yourself" box, so a church can get to know people who walk in. Also: search records by title as you type, choose categories from the top bar, and clear a date filter with one tap.

REGISTERING A CHURCH WORKS AGAIN The form asked for everything except the timezone the server required, so registrations were refused for a field nobody could see. It is there now — and the map pin fills it in. THE PIN FILLS THE FORM Drop the pin and the street, city, region, country and timezone arrive from the map. Only empty fields are filled, so anything you typed yourself is kept. Editing a church offers what differs rather than overwriting it. A CHURCH PAGE THAT FOLDS Every heading opens and closes, and what you close stays closed at every church you open afterwards. MEMBERS Search by name or title — "elder" finds your elders. Chips for Members, Leaders, Families and Single, with counts. The roll now reads alphabetically. ACCEPT A WHOLE FAMILY A household that applied together is admitted with one tap, after showing you the names. HOME VISITS Correct a visit record as well as delete it. A correction says who made it and when, and deleting asks first. RECEIPTS A receipt shows a spinner the moment you tap it, and recovers on its own when its link has expired. The backup panel now says which Google account your book is backed up to. A BOOK'S PDF ON YOUR PHONE Download it once and it opens instantly, with no signal. Share it, or delete the copy without losing the book.

REGISTERING FOR SOMEBODY ELSE A grandmother, a child, anyone without a phone or an email. Fill the joining form in for them — their own answers to your questions, no email needed — and they go on the organiser's list under your name, shown as a family rather than as unconnected strangers. On the shared link it is part of the form itself, folded shut at the bottom. One submission registers the whole party. CHECKING A FAMILY IN Scan once and you are asked who is here, with a tick for everybody you registered and anyone already recorded shown greyed out. Underneath is a box for anyone with no registration at all — a friend, a neighbour — counted by name and age. The web page asks the same question. ONE-TIME MEETINGS AT YOUR CHURCH Leadership can run a revival meeting from the QR code already on the wall. It collects a form on the first night and stops on the last, without disturbing Sabbath attendance, and reports how many came each night, who is not yet baptized and who asked for a Bible study. QUESTIONS PEOPLE CAN ANSWER A long "choose one" is now one field you type into with the matches underneath — two hundred churches is a search, not a scroll. Where you allow it, somebody who finds nothing can add what they typed, and it joins the list for everyone after them. TWO EVENT SETTINGS Accept everybody automatically, so nobody waits on a decision you were always going to make. And set a last day to register — the day itself counts, in the event's own timezone, and the date is shown on your form. THE SPREADSHEET, NARROWED Filter registrations or attendance before you download — by status, by night and session, or by the answer to any of your own questions. The download carries the same filter as the preview. BOOKS SAY WHERE THEY COME FROM Every book can now show on what footing it is published: with the rights holder's permission, the uploader's own work, or being trialled. CHURCHES Your church's own photo in the list, and its own timezone, so a deadline and a meeting night are judged where the church actually is. FIXES Attendance was counting scans rather than people. Notifications that opened the app without reaching what they were about now land in the right place.

MY EVENTS Anyone can now run an event — a camp, a revival meeting, a conference, a training, a workshop, or something you name yourself. Build a sign-up form from short-answer, choose-one and yes/no questions. Share one link and people register from a browser, with or without the app. You see everyone who applied, with their answers, and accept or decline each one. HELPERS A camp is not run by one person. Appoint helpers from the people you have accepted, and they can post announcements, accept registrations, take attendance and download the spreadsheets alongside you. Only you can delete the event or appoint others. ATTENDANCE BY QR Show the event's code. Anyone with the app scans it and is checked in with nothing to type. Anyone else types the email they registered with. Set session times and a multi-day camp counts each session separately, put the event on the map and require people to be near it, and refresh the code whenever you like. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND CHAT Tell everyone coming that the bus leaves at six — with photos, which open full screen. A group chat for the people you have accepted, with photos, videos and voice notes, exactly as your church chat has. TALK TO THE ORGANISER Waiting on a decision and have a question? Message the organiser privately in the app, or call or WhatsApp them. Organisers can start the same conversation from their list. Messages are live, show when they were sent, and tell you when they have been seen. SPREADSHEETS Download who registered and who came, as Excel. The figures now sit at the top of the sheet itself rather than on a tab a phone cannot reach, and you can see exactly what is in the file before you download it. ALSO My Books now opens with what this library is: a digital ministry anyone can add to. Notification taps land on the right screen. Message times show in your own timezone.

SHARE MORE THAN WORDS A lesson discussion post, a comment, or a message in your church chat can now carry a photo, a video or a voice note. Take a photo or a video there and then, choose one you already have, record a voice note, or attach an audio file. Recordings have no time limit. Videos are capped at 30 seconds and made smaller on your phone before they are sent, so a clip does not cost you half a gigabyte of data. Photos are shrunk the same way. Whatever you attach is seen by exactly the people who can see the post or message it belongs to — a photo on a private lesson note stays as private as the note. KEEP LISTENING Sound no longer stops when you leave. A voice note, the soundtrack of a video, and the Sabbath School lesson reader all carry on when you close the app or lock the phone. Your phone shows a control with the title and who sent it, and tapping it takes you straight back to the post it came from. Inside the app, a small bar shows what is playing — drag it out of the way, scrub through, and tap it to go back to the source. BETTER PLAYERS Video opens full screen, with ten seconds either way, a position bar you can drag, and the times. Photos fill the screen properly, with double-tap to zoom. Voice notes have a line you can drag rather than a slider that belonged in a settings screen. Starting one clip stops whatever was playing, so two never talk over each other. FIXES Photos taken in portrait are stored the right way up rather than on their side. A video shows a still of itself instead of a black rectangle, and the tile takes the video's shape instead of letterboxing a portrait clip. Deleting a comment now removes its replies, which were left behind and counted but invisible. Attachments survive closing the app. Sending something now tells you when it fails, instead of leaving it stuck. The message box no longer opens four lines tall on a phone set to large text, and dragging the conversation puts the keyboard away.

TEAMS Start a team and publish under one name — a media ministry, a Bible-study group, a department. Upload books under the team's name instead of your own, and write journals about what the team has been doing: an outreach, a study, a trip. The latest from every team appear on the Home page. Anyone can love and comment on a published journal, and sharing one gives you a link that opens for anybody — no account needed. Your team can turn comments off if it would rather not manage them. MY CHURCH Attendance is now counted for each programme rather than each day, so Sabbath School, Divine Service and Adventist Youth are counted separately. Each weekday can have its own timetable. Scanning outside a scheduled programme still records your check-in and tells you it fell outside one. Reports for attendance and members, exportable as a workbook. Departments — Sabbath School, Youth, Music, Deacons — each with a head who can manage their own people. A member directory your church can open to its members, behind two switches that both start closed. Home visits: you can see when your church's admin team called at your home, and tell them if you are not available to be visited. READING AND PROFILE A bio and links on your profile. A larger Help Center, now with answers about teams, journals and home visits. FIXES Google sign-in no longer gives up while you are still choosing an account. Signing out asks first, and says what it does. English lessons no longer render in a Myanmar font. The app starts faster and opens your church from cache while it checks for anything new.
