The patient's day start now applies in Curani Care. A dose after midnight counts with the evening before in the patient's detail, history charts and Siri answers.

Ask Siri how someone is doing: “Did Mom take their pills in Curani Care?” Siri says what's been taken, what's overdue and what's next. Send a check-in by voice: “Check in on Mom with Curani Care.” Find the phrases in Settings › Siri & Shortcuts.

Redesigned patient detail: tap a medication to see its own trend, or switch to a calendar view. Archived medications are shown (dimmed), not hidden. More reliable check-ins. Your dashboard keeps updating even after the app has been closed for a while.

You'll know when sharing ends, and notifications stay focused. WHEN SHARING ENDS • If someone stops sharing their care with you, Curani Care now tells you and removes them from your list — instead of letting them quietly disappear CALMER NOTIFICATIONS • Low weekly adherence no longer sends a notification. It's always on the patient's card and detail screen, where you can see it at a glance • Notifications now stay focused on what's new: missed doses and medications being skipped often ALSO • The people you follow now see your name in their caregiver list

Getting started is quicker, and help is easier to find.
