AI Note Taking: Voice to Text
Transcribe & Meetings Recorder
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Vela is your AI note taker — for meetings, lectures, interviews, and every idea in between.
Most AI note takers feel like developer tools: clunky, utilitarian, built for one narrow use case. Vela is different. It's one calm, beautifully designed space where your meeting notes, lecture recordings, interview transcripts, and personal thoughts all live together — and AI does the organizing.
WHY VELA
- AI note taker built for real life — meetings, lectures, interviews, and quick personal thoughts, not just scheduled calls
- Fast, accurate transcription with speaker identification
- AI summaries that are fully editable — the AI assists, you stay in control
- Premium, calm design — the daily-use app the rest of this category forgot to build
- Built for the moment ideas actually happen — walking, driving, mid-thought, mid-meeting
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap to record — any conversation, lecture, or thought
2. Vela transcribes automatically, with speaker labels
3. Get an AI-generated summary you can edit and organize
4. Search, revisit, and build on your notes anytime
WHO IT'S FOR
Professionals who need clean meeting notes without a bot joining the call. Students capturing lecture takeaways. Journalists and researchers transcribing interviews. Anyone whose best ideas don't arrive at a keyboard.
Download Vela and start capturing everything at the speed of thought.
