Richer teacher's guides. The Teacher Edition guides for Psalms, Matthew, and every book from Romans through Revelation have been rebuilt from the ground up. Each guide is now nearly three times as long, with background on the passage, verse-by-verse teaching notes, illustrations to use in class, a suggested plan for a 50- to 60-minute class, and a closing prayer. The opening material for each lesson (the Big Idea, the overview, and how to open the class) now appears in collapsible sections, so you can go straight to what you need. New study: Through the Bible in 24 Months. Most of us intend to read the whole Bible. Fewer finish. This is a two-year program built to carry a congregation, a family, or one reader all the way through, and it does not leave anyone reading alone. Each week brings four readings that run side by side from the first week to the last: a General Old Testament reading from Genesis to Malachi, a short Wisdom reading from Proverbs, the Psalms, Ecclesiastes and the Song of Solomon, a Gospels reading through Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, and a General New Testament reading from Acts to Revelation. Every reading carries three questions for class and five for extended discussion or self-study. The 104 weeks are divided into eight quarters of thirteen, so you can take them one term at a time. Look for the new "Through the Bible" category in the Library. Teacher Edition subscribers get a full teacher's guide for every week: the teaching aim, a suggested plan for two sessions, passage overview and background for each of the four readings, notes on every single question, and the author's "Handle With Care" cautions where a text deserves them.

Sign in with Google, Apple, or email — completely optional, and never a wall. The full study experience still works with no account at all. Signing in also opens Teacher Edition for supporters: a teacher's guide on every study, plus the NASB 2020, NKJV, and CSB translations for verse lookup.
