Dimity is a diary for what you do — and how you feel.
See your days as colored threads, with thicker threads showing higher ratings. Switch to the weekly calendar to see your activities over time, with deeper colors showing higher ratings.
Rate how you feel on a 0–10 scale.
Choose from four built-in ratings — Achievement, Enjoyment, Mood Before, and Mood After — or add your own with a name you choose.
As your entries build up, look for connections between your daily activities and how you feel.

• Save an activity name, start time, duration, ratings, notes, and photos
• Pick a duration of 30, 60, or 120 minutes, or enter your own
• Leave ratings blank and fill them in later
• Edit or delete any entry at any time
• Search your entries by activity name
• Review the last seven days or a Monday-to-Sunday week
• Explore four weeks of daily averages and tap a day to see its entries
• Look back on your highest-rated activities for the rating you choose
• Export any week as a PDF or CSV
DIMITY PRO
A one-time purchase unlocks:
• Filter entries by date range, rating values, and start time — for example, Achievement of 8 or higher and activities starting at or after 3 PM
• Combine multiple conditions and save them to use again
• Home Screen widgets
• Syncing across your devices
No account registration is required. There are no ads or usage analytics.
Your records are stored on your device. They sync to iCloud only when you turn on device sync in Dimity Pro.
