This release puts "are the numbers I hand in correct?" first, and adds a batch of small tools teachers use every day. New School days and calendar days for leave: the semester report and its PDF now show both, skipping holidays on the school calendar and weekdays your class has no lessons, and say how they were counted. Before, you only got "how many times", which couldn't tell you how many days of lessons a weekend-spanning absence actually cost. New One-off lesson changes: long-press a lesson on the Today tab to swap the subject or room, or mark "no lesson this period". Only that day changes; the timetable itself stays as it is. Today, the home-screen widget and Apple Watch all show the same result. New Discipline log export: export open items, today's, or everything as a spreadsheet ready for the school office. You can also draft a parent copy for one student and edit it before sending — the details often name other students, and forwarding them as-is would share another family's business too. New Homework praise points: while checking homework, give a student praise points; they go into the regular points log and link back to that assignment. One assignment awards a student only once, can be undone, and past assignments are never back-filled. New Mixed-gender desk pairs in automatic seating: it only applies to the two students sharing a desk, never to those in front, behind or across the aisle. If your class is uneven it will say how many desks couldn't be paired instead of failing to seat anyone. New Reorder the Manage tab: drag the entries you use most to the top, from the Manage tab's top-right button or Me → Manage tab entries. New Full score table: see every subject for the whole class on one screen, with names pinned on the left and scores scrolling sideways. New Homework filters: filter checks by not handed in, late, exempt or needs correction, and search by name or number. Long-press a student to see their homework history. Export a month, a semester or everything; the monthly points page can export the month you're viewing directly. Improved When no roll call has been taken today, the attendance card now says so and explains its numbers are inferred from leave records; "everyone's here" only appears after a roll call. Fixed The semester report PDF listed only the top 8 students' points without saying so, which made it look like the whole class. The PDF now lists every student; the on-screen chart still shows the top 8. All data stays on your device — no account, no ads, no developer servers.

New Grouping schemes: keep a "study groups" split and a "duty groups" split side by side without one overwriting the other. Auto-group in one tap — shuffled, or snake-drafted by the most recent exam so the groups come out evenly matched. Up to 30 groups. New Seat by group: pick a scheme and seating keeps each group in one block. Keep-apart rules win — two students who must not sit together stay apart even in the same group, and any group that could not be kept together is named in the summary. New Five rank scopes: grade, school, district, city and joint exam. One exam can carry several at once instead of squeezing into a single "grade rank" — a city or school rank from a joint exam used to be stored as a grade rank. The trend chart can switch to ranks, and the line breaks where a scope is missing rather than joining two scopes that are not comparable. New Import check sheet: before any score is written, see which row was read as the header, which columns became student ID and name, which became subjects, which became ranks and at what scope, how many students matched, and what the unmatched rows look like. Nothing is saved until you confirm. New Recurring to-dos: daily, every weekday, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Completing one moves it to the next occurrence, and every completed occurrence stays in the history. To-dos can also link students from any class. New Dictate a to-do: in a hurry, tap the microphone and say it — recognition runs entirely on this phone and the recording never leaves it. New My materials: class-meeting materials, parent-meeting talks and forms to submit, together with papers, research projects, continuing education, awards, open lessons and certificates. Filed by school year, scans encrypted on device. This section holds no student information. New Substitutions: record a period you covered for someone, or one someone covered for you. Fixed: a delete that did not go through used to say nothing. Duty rosters, work notes and their attachments, leave, points, conduct, homework, to-dos, exams, students and groups — if a delete fails, you are now told why, instead of tapping and finding the list unchanged. The order has changed as well: the record is deleted first, then its photos, recordings and other evidence. If the record cannot be deleted, its evidence is no longer already gone.

New — Roll call: Class management now has a Roll call page. You define the time slots (morning reading, lunch break, evening study…) and the statuses yourself in class settings. Once you have taken roll for the day, the Today page attendance figures follow it. Absent students can be given a leave record right there, and each slot can carry a daily reminder. New — Auto-seating: Tag your students (talkative, needs the front…), add a keep-apart list, then tap Auto-seat. What you get is a preview — it is written to the seating chart only when you are happy with it. Seats you adjusted by hand can be locked so the next run leaves them alone. It can also take this term's deduction records into account, and you can turn that off. Any rule it could not meet is listed for you. Custom student fields: Class settings now let you add your own fields — text, number, date, or single choice. They travel through Excel import and export and through backups. Search now covers remarks and custom fields too, so if you noted "scholarship" on some students, searching for it brings up exactly that list. Your own lessons on the Today page: Today used to show only the class timetable and said "No lessons today" otherwise. Your personal timetable is now merged in. You can also import a colleague's timetable for reference when swapping lessons — their lessons never mix into your own day. A better Students page: random pick (nobody is drawn twice in a round), score or log a whole group straight from the group card, colour dots on the student list showing who is in which group, and the seating chart can be exported as a PDF. Cleaning duty — several groups a day, and editable: however many groups you rostered for a day, every one of them is listed, each with its own area and members. Tap a group name to change the name, the area, or who is on it. Today's entry can now be deleted as well, and its inspection photos go with it. The duty roster list below is no longer capped at 20 entries, so a whole term's worth stays reachable. The app password can be turned off: It stays on by default, and turning it off warns you first and asks for the password once. Stepping out to your photo library or another app and coming back within a minute no longer asks again. Attachments and import: Work notes, leave documents, and point evidence can now take existing photos, recordings, and videos from the Files app and your photo library, plus documents such as PDF, Word, and Excel, several at a time, up to 30 MB each. The student roster spreadsheet can import two guardians at once. Fixes: “Delete the class and all its data” confirmed but did nothing — fixed, and a failure now says so. Students brought in from a spreadsheet had a permanently greyed-out Save button on the edit page; the guardian-consent confirmation is now asked for only when you create a student. A work note with no student attached is class-wide business, and the detail page now says so instead of leaving a blank space. Plus a number of smaller fixes and refinements.

Fixed: records made before 1.4 could go missing. Since 1.4, notes, leave and points show only the current term. If the class was created with the semester start date set to the first day of school, everything recorded before that date was hidden by this rule. Those records show up again — nothing was ever deleted. The term switcher is always available. The term menu at the top right of the notes, leave and points screens is no longer hidden, so you can switch to an earlier term or to All Terms at any time. Changing the semester start date in class settings now updates what the lists count as well. Hardened the on-device data key. Fixed an edge case that could leave records on this device unreadable.

Fixed: the app could quit while saving. After returning from the background, saving a student, leave record, points entry or note could quit the app. It now asks you to unlock again, and nothing you typed is lost. Fixed: tapping a student did not open their record. After bulk delete arrived in 1.4, taps in the roster were taken over by selection, so tapping a student only highlighted the row. Tapping opens the record again. Fixed: the bulk delete buttons could not be tapped. Once students were selected, Select All and Delete sat underneath the tab bar, hidden and unresponsive. Both buttons have moved to the top of the screen.

Leave records and point entries can now carry photos — parent notes, medical records, certificates and written reflections are stored with the entry, encrypted on your device. The home screen now shows today's attendance: expected, present, on leave and truancy at a glance, with sick / personal / official leave and off-campus counted separately. Points have a monthly view: a class ranking per month plus each student's monthly trend, with the full breakdown available from the student's record. Work logs export to PDF or CSV, filtered by term, event type and the students involved. A student's record exports as one complete PDF, photos included. Leave, points and work logs can all be switched by term. They open on the term in progress, and past terms stay one tap away. Students can be deleted in bulk: select several at once from the roster instead of opening each record. The Apple Watch app is now a single menu: today's lessons, to-dos, leave and exam countdowns no longer hide behind Digital Crown paging, and each row shows the current state at a glance.

Fixes a format error when importing spreadsheets saved by WPS Office. Student rosters, scores, timetables and duty rosters now import correctly — there is no need to change your files, just import them again.

The interface is now available in English and Traditional Chinese, following your system language or set separately under Settings. Every label, date and number format is localized. Subjects, leave types and similar preset terms keep their canonical values in the database, so switching languages leaves your existing records untouched. Accessibility throughout: every icon button is now read by VoiceOver, score tables and trend charts can be read cell by cell, text scales with the accessibility sizes without truncating, and Reduce Motion stops looping animations. Scores below the pass mark now carry a triangle marker as well as red, so colour is never the only cue. New infraction log: record incidents by category, issue or revoke a disciplinary level, and see it all in the term report. New student groups: once set up, you can select a whole group at once when awarding points or logging an infraction. New dorm management: boarders are grouped automatically by dorm number, with room-by-room check ratings. New milestone countdown: days until the Gaokao, Zhongkao or any other date you set, shown on Today alongside the next exam countdown. Exam ranks can now be corrected by hand, so ranks from the school's own score sheet can be adjusted after import. To-do reminders now support lead time: at the time, or 30 minutes, 2 hours, 1 day, 3 days ahead, or a time you pick. Term reports can be exported as PDF. Other stability improvements.
