ScanQueue is free to download and is designed for businesses using ScanQueue. Guests never need an app — they join your queue by scanning a QR code and get notified by SMS, email, or WhatsApp when it's their turn.

Scan booking passes at the door. Guests now get a QR pass on their booking page. Open the Bookings tab, tap Scan and point the camera at the guest's phone to check them in. On time, a little early or up to two hours late checks in straight away. An early arrival asks you first, and a pass for another day, a cancelled booking or a pass already used is refused, with the reason shown.
The camera is only used to read passes, and only while the scanner is open.
