• Find a place to stay straight from trip ideas and hotel search: Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo with your dates. • Travel guide from Wikivoyage, entry rules for your passport, climate and a phrasebook that speaks. • Flight countdown on the Lock Screen, swipe on destinations together, passport stamps and badges. • Trip video and photo book, morning briefing for each travel day. • Clearer contrast in every colour theme.

Holiday Planner 2.0 is a complete rebuild – native, fast and with everything a trip needs: • Trips with countdown, cover and planning ring • Day plan with flights, stays, activities and a map • Packing list with suggestions, per person and with templates • Budget with fair settlement between travel mates • Together: live chat, polls, wishlist, tasks and photos • 10 travel games, also online • AI helper for plans, activities and bookings • 20 languages and colour themes • Pro now directly in the app (subscription or one-time)

Pro can now be bought right in the app — one-time, forever, no detour through the browser. You'll find it at the top of your profile, with "Restore purchase" on every new device. Also new: • Face ID or Touch ID as a lock in front of the app. You stay signed in; no more typing a password. • Example trips from Explore now open in the app instead of the browser. • Deleting your account now requires your password. • You can enter your nationality in your profile — the entry requirements then tell you whether they apply to your passport at all. Itinerary tidied up: • The time sits in a fixed column on the left, like in Calendar. • One quiet line under each entry with place, end time, price and booking reference — instead of a row of coloured boxes. • No text below 11 points anywhere in the app. The launch screen now shows only the mark instead of a box, and fades into the app. For the first time in dark mode too. Fixed: • Profile picture and skin tone looked reset after opening settings, although both were saved. • On a network error, Pro accounts briefly counted as free and trips appeared to be gone. • On iPad the map's day filters sat behind the tab bar. • Two places in the itinerary with too little contrast.

The app has a new look — the look of iOS itself. • System typeface instead of a custom one: sharper, and it follows your chosen text size. • More than 120 icons are now Apple's own — including weather and moon phases. • A real iOS tab bar, real sheets for forms, inset grouped lists. • Empty areas now tell you what you can do there instead of just sitting empty. Fixed: • In dark mode the "in X days" label on a trip card was practically unreadable. • On iPad the map's day filters sat behind the tab bar. • Switching quickly between two trips broke the live connection — changes from your travel partners stopped arriving. • The back arrow showed an internal name on a few screens.

• Now on iPad — and therefore on Apple-silicon Macs • Baggage: the packing list compares the estimated weight against your flight's allowance. With several flights, the tightest one counts • Before the flight: "Leave by …" — airport buffer plus the estimated drive from your accommodation, in the departure airport's local time • After landing: how long it still takes from the airport to your stay • International driving permit: a note when a destination requires one for the rental car • "More" is now sorted into four groups: Plan, Prepare, On the road, Together • Fixed: heading fonts follow light and dark mode again • Updates now apply themselves instead of waiting for a tap

• Settlement: who owes whom — exchange rates are locked on the day of each expense • Passport check: warns when your passport expires too soon for a destination (six-month rule) • Online check-in: shows per flight when it opens • Layovers: warns about tight connections and airport changes • Deleting can be undone — including expenses • Dark mode reworked throughout • Changes made offline are no longer lost • Many more improvements and fixes
