- Address-first customer + property lookup. Type an address, we find the parcel and match to an existing customer or create a new one.
- Automatic trip logs. Background GPS records where you drove, matched to your assigned jobs. IRS-mileage-rate reimbursement is calculated for you.
- QuickBooks two-way sync. Customers, invoices, payments, and estimates flow both directions.
- County-form autofill. We find your county's septic permit and inspection forms, pre-fill them from customer + parcel data, and email the health department when signed.
- Photo diagnostics. Snap a picture of a tank, drainfield, or paperwork; Claude AI extracts the details and creates the record.

GPS route tracking now keeps running in the background. Start it once from the Profile tab and your trips log themselves between service calls, even with the screen off or the phone in your pocket. Also in this update: tap a schedule item to open the job, a service record on job completion (gallons pumped, tank condition, next service due), tax map IDs filled in from county records on site visits, live field updates on the dispatch board, and a Help button in the field app.
