Most workout apps help you plan. Earn the Silence helps you start—and follow through.
Schedule the days you intend to train, choose the exact time, and attach your own workout or build one offline in the app. Friendly reminders begin before the session. At workout time, coaching becomes firmer according to the intensity you chose. If you’re late, accountability continues.
When a challenge activates, choose 10 air squats or 5 push-ups. Use optional on-device camera counting or manual confirmation. Movement begins the workout flow; it does not fake a completion. Finish the scheduled workout to silence the remaining sequence and add it to your history, streak, and badges.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Camera analysis happens on your iPhone. Live frames are not saved or uploaded, and the microphone is not used. Your workout plans, schedules, repetitions, and camera data stay out of the app’s analytics. No Earn the Silence account is required.
Full access is available through a monthly or annual auto-renewable App Store membership. Apple shows current localized pricing and any eligible introductory offer before purchase.

This update strengthens alarm reliability so repeated 10-minute resume deferrals are honored correctly. It also improves stale alert cleanup, permission and subscription recovery, and exact-session routing while preserving manual movement confirmation and the permanent Health & Safety Exit.
