Habit Switch: Swap Bad Habits

Ride urges, build new habits

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Feel the urge, ride the 90-second wave, land on your replacement habit. A private on-device AI coach, honest weekly reviews, and zero shame when you slip. You don't break bad habits. You replace them. Habit Switch pairs every bad habit with a good one that feeds the same need — doomscrolling with reading, stress eating with a walk, the after-work drink with a shower reset. Then it helps you win the only moment that matters: the seconds between feeling an urge and acting on it. THE URGE SURF • Feel the urge → press one button → ride a 90-second animated wave while the craving crests and passes, with soothing white noise under it • Your replacement habit is waiting at the bottom, one tiny step at a time • Reachable from the Lock Screen, Control Center, the Action Button, Siri, widgets and your Apple Watch — help before the habit wins YOUR SWITCHES, YOUR WORDS • Make a switch in seconds: the habit you're leaving, what you'll do instead, and the tiny first step — in your own words • Sort them into categories you make, each with its own color and symbol, in whatever order makes sense to you • Edit, archive or delete any switch whenever life changes ONE HONEST NUMBER • The Swap Score: the percentage of urges you swapped over the last 7 days • Days clean, streaks, week and month maps — built from what actually happened A COACH IN YOUR CORNER (PRO) • Talk any urge through with a calm AI coach that knows your switch, your triggers and your streak • It runs entirely on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence — nothing you type ever leaves the device KINDNESS, NOT SHAME • A slip is data, not a verdict: tag what set it off and the app turns it into insight • When a real streak resets, Habit Switch honors what you built instead of guilting you — the days you proved don't disappear KNOW YOUR PATTERN • The urge clock finds your danger hour (Pro) and a predictive reminder gets ahead of it • A free weekly review: what worked, what tripped you, and one intention for next week INCLUDED FOR EVERYONE • Every switch, unlimited — not one, not three. All of them, forever • The urge surf, the Swap Score, the weekly review, the Watch app and every widget HABIT SWITCH PRO • The on-device AI coach conversation • The urge clock, month map and danger-hour reminders PRIVACY, FOR REAL No account. No analytics. No servers. Your habits, history and everything you tell the coach stay on your devices, backed up to your own iCloud — we couldn't read them if we wanted to.
