Period control, done properly: • Disposals now depreciate UP TO the disposal date — dispose mid-year and the charge is apportioned to that date by your company's period convention, with the workings shown on the disposal sheet. • Roll BACK a period: rolled forward by mistake? One click reopens the previous year. Rolling forward now asks for confirmation too. • Unlock a locked fiscal year from Settings (Owner plan) — and locks are now genuinely enforced: capturing, figure edits, revaluations, disposals and transfers are refused with a clear explanation. Descriptive edits stay allowed. • Browse any fiscal year in the register: the period picker covers your full asset history, marks locked years with a padlock, and banners history views clearly. • Team identity, audit-grade: the workspace owner assigns each member's name at invite time; that name — and only that name — appears on scans and audit reports. Only the owner can rename. • Every lock, unlock, roll and blocked attempt is audit-logged.
