Proofly is a focused field documentation tool for repairs, installations, cleaning, property handovers, and inspections. It turns job photos, notes, issue status, and client sign-off into a polished PDF without an account or a complex project management system.
From field notes to client-ready proof
• Create a project with its address and client details
• Organize Before, After, and Detail photos by area
• Add notes and mark each item as noted, needs attention, or resolved
• Ask the client to sign by hand or confirm with their name
• Generate a PDF with the project summary, area records, issue status, and confirmation
• Preview, update, and share generated reports on your device
• Add custom areas to fit different types of field work
Free to start
• Explore the complete workflow with two included sample projects
• Generate reports for 2 real projects at no charge
• Sample projects do not use the free allowance, and updating the same project is not counted again
Proofly Pro
Subscribe to generate formal PDFs for unlimited new projects and customize the report header and contact details. Reports already generated and still stored on your device remain available to view and share after a subscription ends.
• Monthly plan: auto-renewable, with no free trial
• Annual plan: a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
• Eligibility is determined by the App Store; each customer can redeem only one introductory offer in the subscription group
The actual localized price and billing period appear before purchase. After the trial, the annual plan renews at the displayed annual price. All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Apple Account subscription settings.
Privacy by design
Project details, photos, signatures, and PDFs stay on your device. Proofly does not upload this content to developer servers, contains no ads, and uses no third-party tracking SDK. Whether iOS device backup includes app data depends on your backup settings.
