HabitTier turns daily habits into an identity you can watch yourself grow into — without punishing you for one bad day.
WHAT IT DOES
• Track daily habits: add your own habits, pick an icon, and check in with a single tap.
• Identity tiers: every habit climbs Seedling → Builder → Consistent → Identity as your longest run approaches 66 days — the research-backed threshold where a behavior becomes automatic.
• Humane streaks: earn a streak freeze every week (bank up to two). Miss a day with a freeze and your streak holds. Miss without one and it recovers to half — never back to zero.
• Progress per habit: tap any habit for its identity-tier ladder, a 12-week heatmap of every day (done, freeze-used, or missed), longest streak, total days, and 30-day rate.
• Insights: see your momentum across every habit — active streaks, tier spread, total check-ins, and your strongest habit.
• Weekly view: see the last seven days per habit at a glance — done, freeze-used, or missed.
• Daily reminders: set a personal reminder time for any habit; turn it off just as easily.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most trackers reset your streak to zero the moment you slip, so one hard day undoes weeks of work. HabitTier doesn't punish a single bad day — the rules are simple, fixed, and shown right in the app, so a missed day never wipes out your progress.
