Version 1.1. The price of your apps is still three words, but there is a lot more behind them now. SENTENCES COME BACK AS THEIR OWN WORDS Every solve card used to be a four-option quiz. Now, when the item is a full sentence, the sentence returns broken into its own words and shuffled, and you put it back in order, tile by tile. Short ones get a few decoy tiles so it is never a giveaway. Answer wrong and only the broken tail comes back; whatever you had right stays where you left it. It works in Japanese and Chinese too, which have no spaces to cut on, because the tiles are cut with a real word tokenizer rather than at the blanks. 22 LANGUAGES, AND EVERY ONE OF THEM IS FREE Nothing here is behind Pro. English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic, plus eleven Indian languages: Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia and Urdu. Each one is both the language you speak and the one you learn, so there are 462 pairs. Meanings, quiz options and example translations now render in your own language: learning Japanese from Tamil no longer detours through English. (The app's own interface is still English.) Every language carries the same 141 items, and every item now has a worked example sentence with its own translation, with nothing left blank. There is also a script section covering 22 writing systems and 868 letters, each with romanisation, a pronunciation hint and a speaker. 20 WIDGETS AND 2 LIVE ACTIVITIES Nine of them are playable on the Home Screen without opening the app: flip a card, answer a quiz, match a pair, save a word. Eleven show the illustrations. Three sit on the Lock Screen. The word on them rotates hourly by default, and you can set that anywhere from every 15 minutes to once a day. The unlock countdown runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. A REBUILT SUBSCRIPTION PAGE The Pro page now leads with the price, in plain type before anything else: US$39.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or US$1.99 a week. What Pro actually adds is listed with it, and what stays free is no longer buried: the lock itself, all 22 languages, all 141 items in each, all 12 stages, every unlock window and session size, every widget.
