Quotes and invoices - Delete quotes that haven't been converted to a job or invoice. Quotes synced to QuickBooks are removed there too. - Owners and admins can delete unsent draft invoices or void sent ones. Voided invoices are voided in QuickBooks as well. - New progress indicator while deleting or voiding, so you always know it's working. - See when a client has viewed your quote. - Invoice and quote numbers are now assigned automatically and never repeat, even across QuickBooks. Quotes - Accepted quotes convert to jobs with their line items carried over. - Delete draft or expired quotes, or resend any quote as a new one. Invoices - Invoice several completed jobs at once with "From Jobs". - Record partial payments. Invoices show Partially Paid until the balance is settled, with a warning if a payment exceeds the balance. - Share a QuickBooks payment link, or turn it off per invoice. - Invoices are now numbered automatically.
