The current time slot is highlighted, so what's due right now is always obvious. Tap the circle, and it's logged — with the exact time you took it. REMINDERS THAT MATCH YOUR ROUTINE One notification per time slot, at times you choose. No spam, no pestering — just a nudge when it's time. NEVER LOSE TRACK The History view shows every day of the past week or month as a simple color grid: green when you took everything, orange when something slipped. Tap any day to see exactly which dose was missed. An adherence percentage and a "most missed" list help you spot patterns. BUILT-IN REFILL TRACKING Tell DoseLark how many pills you have left, and it counts down as you log doses — warning you before you run out, not after. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app shows today's doses sorted by what's next. Check a dose off right from your wrist; it syncs back to your iPhone automatically.
