BizEats Merchant is the restaurant-side app for BizEats, the local food delivery platform built by IdeaLaunch for restaurants across Surigao del Sur, Mindanao, and beyond.
Made for the people behind the counter. Accept an order, fire it to the kitchen, print the receipt, and get it on the road — without leaving one screen.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Accept and track orders as they come in, with an alert loud enough to hear over a busy kitchen.
- Manage your menu: add items, set prices, upload photos, and mark anything sold out the moment it runs out.
- Print receipts straight to your Bluetooth thermal printer.
- Book a rider on demand with Padeliver for deliveries outside your usual orders.
- See how the day is going: orders, revenue, and sales reports.
- Look back over past orders, and keep every alert in one place with in-app notifications.
- Set your own opening hours, and open or close for orders whenever you need to.
BUILT FOR REAL CONDITIONS
Kitchens are loud and mobile data is uneven. Orders keep arriving and the app recovers on its own when the connection drops, so you are not restarting it mid-rush.
You will need a BizEats merchant account to sign in. To partner your restaurant with BizEats, get in touch through https://biz-eats.com.
IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE NOTE FOR MERCHANTS
BizEats functions as an advanced Order & Sales Tracking System to help you run your business smoothly. It is not a BIR-accredited POS system. You must continue to issue separate, BIR-registered official receipts for all transactions to remain compliant.

Set when each item can be ordered: always, on chosen days and hours, or on specific dates. Package items can also require customers to order ahead, like 6 hours or 2 days.
