Follow Along, upgraded • Upload a matching EPUB for any audiobook and read along as it plays. • Follow Along now appears only for books whose narration is matched to the text sentence by sentence, so the highlight stays with the narrator. Other books follow along by chapter. • A new setting controls how closely the text follows the narration. • Downloaded books get updated read-along timing without being downloaded again. • Schedule a nightly sync for your whole library, or start one right away from the Sync panel. Smoother listening • Your place stays accurate when you return to the app after skipping or rewinding from the lock screen or CarPlay. • Every playback button now gives the same haptic feedback. • The player fits on iPad mini in landscape without scrolling.
