HiSalon Admin is the salon-side app for HiSalon. Run the floor from your phone or iPad instead of the front desk computer. SEE THE DAY AT A GLANCE Open the app and you know where you stand: what is up next, who is on shift, how many bookings are in the book, and what the salon has taken so far today. THE WHOLE SCHEDULE, ONE SCREEN Every booking laid out by staff member and by hour. Spot the gaps, see who is free, and tell at a glance which appointments have started, finished, or turned into a no-show. CHANGE A BOOKING IN SECONDS Start, reschedule, cancel, or mark a no-show without leaving the list. Walk-ins take a few taps to add. Bookings your guests make in the HiSalon app arrive here on their own. INVOICES AND PAYMENTS Issue an invoice, take the payment, and see exactly what is paid, part paid, or still owed. Filter by today, this week, or this month and read the totals without opening a spreadsheet. REPLY TO REVIEWS Read what guests wrote and answer them the same day. Publish, hide, or flag a review and keep the salon's rating healthy. REPORTS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Gross sales, number of sales, and average ticket over any period you choose. Follow the sales trend day by day, see which payment methods guests actually use, and watch how tax, tips, and discounts add up. Break the same numbers down by staff member or by service, and see how many no-shows and cancellations you are carrying. STAFF AND ATTENDANCE Check who is on shift right now. Staff clock in and out from their own phone, with their location checked against the salon so the timesheet is honest.
