Small release, three fixes — two of them about reading the game in your own language. • Quests you build yourself from My Vocabulary now show each word's translation and its proper spelling when you find it, exactly like a realm quest. Building a quest from your own words is about practising them, so this is the mode finally doing its job. • The Lexi Shop now appears in your language. It was showing the Premium section in English for everyone not playing in English. • Settings has a new App language row. It takes you to LetteriaQuest's page in the Settings app, where you can pick the language the game speaks — separately from the language you're learning. Thank you for playing! Quests are now timed — and the clock is on your side. • Every quest starts with time on the clock, and every word you find adds more. Play at a normal pace and you'll finish with time to spare. • If the clock does run out, the quest ends there and you keep the Lexi Energy for every word you found. Nothing is taken away — it just doesn't count as completing the realm, and your daily streak is safe either way. • Need longer? Spend Lexi Energy during a quest to put more time on the clock. • Your best time is now the time you have LEFT when you finish — higher is better, so it reads in the same unit as the clock above it. Best times from earlier versions start fresh. • The tour and Settings both explain how it works. Also in this release: • Words register the moment your swipe reaches the last letter — no need to lift your finger. Selected letters grow as you trace them. • The Daily Quest is now one puzzle a day, always at the Explorer level — the shared challenge should be the inviting one. • Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buy Remove Ads, Unlock Hard Difficulties, or the bundle with everything. Dark mode, a brighter board, and puzzles you build yourself. • Dark theme. Choose light or dark when you start, or any time in Settings. The puzzle board stays bright and readable in both. • The board has been redesigned. Every word you find now takes its own colour — in the grid and in the word list — so you can see at a glance what you've already caught. Letters shared by two words show both. • Finishing a quest now plays out properly: the board clears, your Lexi Energy counts up, and then the result appears. • Build your own quest. Open My Vocabulary, pick the words you want to practise, and play a puzzle made from exactly those. • See how well you know each word. Words you find again move from Seen to Learning, Familiar and Mastered. • Play again without leaving. Continue now deals a fresh puzzle at the same realm and difficulty. • Fewer interruptions: ads now appear every other quest, and never on top of your win. • Fixed: replaying the same day's Daily Quest no longer earns Lexi Energy twice. It still counts, and you can still beat your best time. • Fixed: the timer no longer runs while an ad is on screen or while the shop is open. Thank you for playing! Fairer timing, and a crash fixed. • Fixed a crash when tapping Insight without enough Lexi Energy to pay for one. If you ran into this, our apologies — it is gone. • The quest timer now pauses when you leave the game, and while a rewarded ad is playing. Your best times count the time you actually spent looking for words, and taking a call mid-puzzle no longer costs you your speed bonus. • Quest times are now checked before they become a record. Changing your device's clock mid-puzzle used to produce an impossible time that paid an inflated reward and set a best time nobody could beat. If one of your realms was stuck with a time like that, it has been cleared so you can set it properly. • The Daily Quest is now always today's puzzle, even if you left the app open past midnight. • The daily reminder now arrives once in the evening, rather than repeating on some devices. • The ad banner on the play screen no longer runs off the edges. A shorter welcome, and a round of fixes. • The first-run tour no longer ends on a subscription offer. It shows you how the game works, asks which language you'd like to learn, and gets out of the way. Premium is still in the Lexi Shop whenever you want a look. • The Daily Quest is now genuinely the same puzzle for everyone. On some devices — depending on the calendar system in your settings — you were quietly getting a different grid from everybody else, which rather defeats the point of a shared daily challenge. • Review Quests now pick the same realm every time. Previously, when two realms had equally many words due, the one you got could change each time you opened the app. • My Vocabulary now shows a consistent translation for every word. A handful of words appear in more than one realm, and those could show a different translation from one launch to the next. • Fixed a counting slip in Portuguese where an empty vocabulary read as "1 word learned".
