Obscura is designed for photographers who want to understand and work with available light rather than replace it with a meter.
It does not measure scene luminance and is not a light meter. Exposure recommendations are estimates based on the Sunny 16 method.
On Apple Watch, Obscura is designed to stay out of the way while you shoot. On iPhone, you get a larger view for setting up your exposure and managing your gear.
