Still Plans is the team side of Sunday: the order of service, the people serving, and the songs - planned quietly, together.
THE FLOW, ON A CLOCK
Build the service as a flow: songs in their keys, readings, the message, communion. Every item carries its minutes, so you always know where the hour went. Reorder anything and the clock recalculates. Print a clean run sheet for the sound desk.
PEOPLE, WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
Ask someone to serve and they get one email with one question. They answer with a tap, and the matrix updates for everyone. Block-out dates keep you from scheduling a drummer who is away. The matrix shows your Sundays at a glance - confirmed, asked, declined, blocked out.
ONE CONVERSATION PER SERVICE
Not a group chat that never ends. Each service carries its own thread - the key change, the ride you arranged - and it stays with that Sunday.

Fixes a first-run loop: signing in without a church now reaches "Find your church" instead of flashing between the sign-in page and This week. Also tightens who can change a member's role, and is clearer about the sign-in you share with Rak Kaew when you delete your account.
