1.4 • Receipt and purchase management: turn it on in a project's settings and create a purchase card for each receipt – seller, price, products, warranty end with reminders 14 and 3 days before, claim tracking and archive reviews. The project overview shows what needs attention. • One receipt can cover several products, each with its own dates, serial number and notes. History records changes; you confirm warranty dates, and archive reviews never delete anything automatically. • HonestScan: receive receipts, documents, contracts and study notes in Inbox with corrected Markdown, a PDF containing every scan page, and diagram images. Text and original scans remain separate. On Mac, open the .dashtransfer file in DashBase. • Check against the original: enlarge the scan in a purchase or document card, browse its pages, correct the details and choose a project. Purchase details start with seller, date and price; project selection and the original scan are below. • Contracts: a dedicated card for party company IDs, signing date, validity dates and notice deadline. Save a draft or confirm the details; reminders require confirmation and notification permission. • Notes with diagrams: images appear inline between corrected text and formulas. Labels remain part of the image, next to the relevant parts of the drawing. On Mac, switch between a readable preview and editing the text. • A compact purchase overview: each receipt forms one group with its reasons for attention, rather than a separate row for every reminder. Open a purchase card directly from its document. • Importing the same document again creates no duplicates and never overwrites your changes in DashBase. Help explains purchase management, scan transfers and verification. • Markdown tables: ⌘⇧L inserts a table, Tab jumps between cells and lines up the columns, and Tab after the last cell adds a row. Tables get a frame and a highlighted header, while the text stays plain Markdown. • Tables in PDF export too – wide tables shrink to fit the page. • The Vehicle, Pet and Warranty / Appliance templates now use clear tables for service records, health records and claims. • Appearance in Settings: light, dark or match system – independent of your Mac's setting. • Back up the whole library to a single file (File → Back Up Library…) and restore safely: restoring only adds what is missing and never overwrites or deletes anything. • Export the whole library to a folder as Markdown files with attachments (File → Export All to Folder…) – readable even without DashBase. • New developer Discord for ideas, feedback and bug reports.

1.3 • VaultOff archive: store encrypted backups and synchronisation packages, transfer them through DashBase iCloud sync and hand them to VaultOff. DashBase does not decrypt their contents. The connection is optional. • Batch sorting: select multiple documents in Inbox or a project and move them together. • Import confirmations remain visible with an action to open Inbox. • Expanded help for DashNote imports, Inbox and the VaultOff archive. • Updated translations for the new features in all seven languages. • Clearer toolbar: DashNote import and Inbox sit together, with VaultOff at the end of the group. • Larger editing buttons above the document and an improved document list layout.

Now in 7 languages DashBase speaks German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese (Brazil) — alongside English and Czech. It follows your Mac's language; to pick a different one, use System Settings → General → Language & Region → Applications. Templates and project covers • New document from a template - Vehicle, Pet, Contract/subscription, Warranty/appliance and Gaming journal. Structure and tasks ready to go, so you start halfway, not from a blank page. • Project covers — turn any image attachment into the project's cover (context menu → "Use as project cover"). The card picks up the photo's colour, so your dashboard looks like your archive instead of a spreadsheet. • A clearer Timeline — events grouped by month, overdue tasks folded into a single line and a marker on the nearest goal. It now starts at the project's creation and quietly logs new documents. • The system folder is called "Inbox" everywhere, and lists with covers scroll smoothly.
