Refertrack reads your lab reports and turns every check-up into a clear trend over time. No more scattered sheets, forgotten PDFs or improvised spreadsheets.
HOW IT WORKS
Photograph the report (or import the PDF): on-device OCR automatically reads every value (cholesterol, blood glucose, vitamin D, complete blood count and many more) and shows it to you for confirmation before saving. No invented data, no guesswork.

Every parameter becomes a continuous chart from one report to the next. You can see straight away whether a value is improving, getting worse, or has been out of range for too long, without rereading every single sheet.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
All processing happens on your iPhone. No Refertrack server ever sees your health data. The only backup, if you turn it on, is your own personal iCloud.

Report recognition always stays free, and no data is ever deleted. Premium unlocks: side-by-side comparison of two reports parameter by parameter, an extra profile for a child or family member, an alert when a value has been rising or falling for three check-ups in a row, sharing a trend chart as an image to send to your doctor, search and filters in your document archive, unlimited reminders.
Refertrack is not a substitute for your doctor's advice: it's a tool for keeping everything organised, not for making diagnoses.

Ratings & Reviews

Safer review: excluding a value can now be undone (it moves to "Excluded", ready to be included again), and "Cancel" asks for confirmation if you're about to lose work. If saving fails, you stay on the review with "Retry" instead of losing everything.
Reports in a different unit (e.g. mmol/L instead of mg/dL) no longer trigger false "unusual value" warnings, and the up/down arrow compares values in the same unit.
Refertrack+ has a revised purchase page: clearer about loading and purchase outcome, a restore that tells you if it found nothing, and a more polished look.
Also: more precise privacy wording, app lock now covers every screen (including the app switcher preview), default reminders start at 9:00 AM and warn you if notifications are off, and deleting a profile also cancels its reminders.
