Interior painting: walls, ceilings, trim, doors and window frames, with coats, primer, prep level, paint grade and colors for every room.
Flooring: carpet, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, tile and sheet vinyl, with removal of the old floor, subfloor prep, baseboard, transitions and stair treads.
School & facility cleaning: counted spaces plus walked rooms, priced per service frequency.
Commercial cleaning: janitorial room types, tasks and add-ons for stripping, waxing, carpet extraction and windows.

Paint and flooring quotes are priced from real square footage, not guesses. Enter a room's dimensions, doors and windows, and CleanQuotes works out wall, ceiling, trim and floor areas for you. Type your own figure whenever a room isn't a simple rectangle.
- MATERIALS, HANDLED -
Paint and flooring materials are worked out from each room's area, with a waste factor per floor type and your own materials markup. If the customer is buying the materials, one switch takes them off the quote.
- LIDAR ROOM SCANNING -
Scan a room and CleanQuotes measures it using Apple's RoomPlan: width, length, ceiling height, floor area and net wall area. No tape, no clipboard. Works on LiDAR-equipped iPhone and iPad Pro. On other devices, enter rooms by size or by hand.
- PHOTO CAPTURE WITH ANNOTATIONS -
Snap photos of problem areas and mark them up with Apple Pencil or your finger, zooming in for detail. Annotations stay editable, and every photo is attached to its room and included in the PDF.

Mark each quote Booked or Lost when the customer answers, and log the hours booked jobs actually took.

See your pipeline, monthly quote volume, price per square foot for each quote type, earnings per hour on booked jobs, and crew speed in square feet per hour. Reports use each quote's locked price, so changing rates never rewrites past numbers.
