Performance improvements for workouts and games.

What's new in LiftPal: • Goal Coach Premium brings goals and habits together in packages for reading, learning, a tidier home and more. Tailor them to your life and build on them one step at a time. • When you need rest, pause selected goals and protect your streaks, including Flow. Your Wombat keeps you company with encouraging words and little adventure stories. • Mini workouts offer short sessions without equipment, with dumbbells or with gentle Pilates exercises. Different exercise combinations keep things varied. Your feedback decides whether the next session gets easier or a little more challenging. Open exercise instructions right where you train and save a completed mini workout as your own routine. • The plan finder asks about your experience, equipment, training style and goal. Choose which matching plan to use. There are also four new plans for training without equipment or with dumbbells, all without a bench. • Flow: Refreshed game screens, easier introductions and subtle sounds make play feel calmer, including piano notes in Fruit Trail. Follow your progress in individual games and categories. In Explore, you can practice levels you have already unlocked. • Wombat Arcade: A compact layout and refreshed design make it easier to find your way around. Discover new Dash levels and new, visually refined minigolf courses. • Treasure map adventure paths automatically jump to your current level. • New game profiles in the Arcade Passport show personal statistics and playing tips. • Opponent behaviour in Trail on Hard has improved. • Dash and Trail run more smoothly, as do starting, pausing and restarting a game. • Optional iCloud game backup saves your Wombat, owned items and game progress so you can restore them when you change devices. Confirm the choice during setup or enable backup in Settings. LiftPal checks each copy when saving or restoring and asks you before replacing game progress. • LiftPal now supports iPad with layouts adapted for portrait mode. More harmonious colours and easier-to-read controls refine the alternative themes.

A fresh look, clearer progress, and more casual gaming fun. • Explore your exercise history and personal records for weight, reps and estimated one-rep max (1RM). • Plan habits and goals in week and month calendars. Keep unfinished recurring goals visible until you complete them, if you choose. • Make LiftPal yours with 6 themes, 4 background styles and an automatic look that follows your system appearance. • Explore Arcade quests with clearer controls and improved result screens. • Set your own daily step goal and collect up to 3 Arcade tickets on Home once you reach it. • Enjoy smoother Home and Flow navigation and a more fluid Arcade experience.
