• Messages Ask if it’s still available, in the app. No Facebook hunt.
• Post a listing Add a title, photos, and specs. Tap Improve with AI to polish the copy.
• Area LIVE Shot on site. Film at the property so people know the place is real — not a stolen photo.
SAFE & FREE
Area is free. Listings come from people on Area and from public sources. Report or hide anything that shouldn’t be there. Moderators review reports.
