Pulls every date and period out of a legal document by pattern, not by a model, so none is dropped or invented. Entirely on your device. No cloud, no account. Under Seal reads legal documents on your iPhone or iPad, and never uploads a page. EVERY DATE, FOUND BY PATTERN Point it at a file and it lists every date and period the documents state renewal windows, notice periods, response deadlines, expiry dates, retention terms. This is done with pattern matching and with an AI model, and that is deliberate. A model can drop a deadline silently, or produce one that reads perfectly and does not exist. Neither is acceptable in a filing.
