My Trucks keeps every cost, every deadline, and every euro your vehicles earn in one place, so nothing gets forgotten and nothing has to be guessed.
Made for people who work with their vehicles every day: trucks, vans, tractors, excavators, forklifts, cars and motorbikes. It works as well for one vehicle as for a small fleet.
EVERY VEHICLE AT A GLANCE
Each vehicle on the home screen shows what is due next and when, so you know what needs you today without opening anything. A home screen widget shows your next deadline and this month's spend even when the app is closed.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
Fuel. Log every fill-up with the litres, the price, and the station, or take a photo of the pump and let the app fill in the litres and the price. The app works out what you are spending and how much fuel the vehicle really uses.
Services. Keep the full history of oil changes, tyres, brakes, filters,s and repairs, together with the cost and the workshop.
Inspections, road tax and insurance. Store every expiry date and get reminded well before it passes.
Documents. Attach photos of receipts, certificates and permits to the right vehicle, so you can find them the moment someone asks.
Income. Record the jobs, hires and deliveries each vehicle does, and see its real profit, not only its costs.
REMINDERS THAT UNDERSTAND YOUR VEHICLE
Some jobs are due after a number of kilometres. Others are due after engine hours, which is what actually matters for an excavator or a generator. My Trucks handles both. It looks at how much you really use the vehicle and warns you that a service is coming before it is late.
You decide how early you want to know, from thirty days ahead down to the day itself.
COSTS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE
Every vehicle shows what it has cost this month and its running cost per kilometre or per engine hour.
Cost analytics lets you look at any month, any year, or a range you choose, for one vehicle or for the whole fleet. You can also see which fuel station is genuinely cheaper once the price per litre is compared across all your visits.
At the start of every month, you get a summary of what the previous month cost you, how it compares with the month before, and what falls due in the month ahead. Share it with your accountant as a PDF, or export every line to Excel.
MADE FOR CYPRUS AND GREECE
Choose your country and the app speaks your rules. MOT in Cyprus, KTEO in Greece, with the right road tax deadlines. Tachograph calibration for goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. Fire extinguisher checks for commercial vehicles. Inspections for lifting and earth-moving equipment. The app suggests the right checks for the type of vehicle you add.

Sign in with Apple, Google, or email,l and everything syncs to the cloud. Your records stay safe if you lose your phone,ne and they are ready on any device you sign in to. The app keeps working when you have no signal and syncs again once you are back online.
Share a vehicle with a colleague, a driver, or your mechanic, with view-only or full access. Export everything to a file whenever you want, and delete your account and all of your data from inside the app.
FREE & PRO
Free covers two vehicles with fuel, history per station, services, reminders, inspections, documents and policy scanning, cost analytics, a year forecast, the monthly report for every month, cloud sync and sharing.
Pro adds unlimited vehicles, income and profit per vehicle, monthly and annual PDF and Excel reports for your accountant, and a vehicle history report for buyers. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your account when you confirm the purchase, and it renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings.

Documents in the Documents tab can be put on the service, fill-up, or check they belong to. Lists show a paperclip where papers are attached.
Numbers in forms use your language's decimal mark.
