Track stock levels, unit cost, and pricing for every item. Import and export via Excel with bilingual (English/Chinese) column support, or scan items in instantly with a 2D barcode scanner using our companion QR import tool.

Publish inventory items into a clean, tappable product grid. Build a sale, apply item or ticket-level discounts, mark items as gifts, and check out with cash, card, or digital payment — with automatic change calculation and stock deduction.
Track every sale
Every completed sale is saved to your receipt history. Reprint receipts anytime, and see income, cost, and profit trends on a built-in analytics dashboard with daily breakdowns and custom date ranges.
Taiwan e-invoicing, when you need it
Optionally issue government-compliant Taiwan e-invoices (電子發票) directly from checkout, with mobile barcode carrier and NPO donation support — powered by Amego. This feature is off by default and only sends data to our server when you turn it on.
File Syncing with Ease
Easily sync your files from the POS machine by pairing our website (https://upload.pos.food-ninja.com) with this app using a code once.
