ROOM-BY-ROOM SPECIFICATION WORK
Organize projects by room, then capture each item’s name, vendor, SKU, dimensions, quantity, category, photos, notes, costs, markup, sale amount, and user-entered review status. Filter and search the schedule while project totals update from valid entries.
CSV IMPORT WITHOUT THE REWORK
Import CSV or text files, map source columns to schedule fields, preview the rows, and review valid entries, warnings, and errors before saving. Save reusable mappings along with vendor and markup presets for recurring work.
PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS
Create a US Letter PDF with a proposal summary, client and project information, financial totals, room summaries, item schedules, specification cards, photos, a status register, vendor directory, assumptions, and notes. For example, an interior designer can finish a hotel guest-room selection package and send the owner or purchasing team a room-by-room specification PDF for review.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
SpecSchedule works entirely offline. No account is required, and the app has no cloud sync, advertising, or analytics SDK. Projects, product photos, vendor information, pricing, and presets stay on the device. PDFs are shared only through the standard iOS share sheet.

All product details, quantities, costs, markups, prices, and review statuses are entered or imported by the user. SpecSchedule does not place orders, process payments, verify product availability, or provide financial, procurement, or legal advice.
PRICING
The free tier includes 1 project, up to 3 rooms and 30 items, 5 vendor presets, 3 markup presets, CSV import within the 30-item limit, and complete PDF export with default branding.
Pro removes project, room, item, and preset limits and unlocks custom-branded PDFs. Choose $24.99 per month or $199.99 per year. Each auto-renewing plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the selected plan is charged unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
