Timesheets, hours & activity

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Track work hours, timesheets, and team activity — privacy-first, with no hidden monitoring. Your desktop, web, and mobile stay in sync. Start free, no credit card. AslTime is time tracking built for teams that care about privacy. Track work hours across desktop, web, and mobile — with clear, honest timesheets and no hidden monitoring. Unlike other trackers, AslTime is transparent by design: your team always knows what's being recorded, monitoring features are opt-in, and there's no secret surveillance running in the background. WHY TEAMS CHOOSE ASLTIME • Privacy-first — no hidden tracking, ever. Every monitoring feature is opt-in and visible to the person being tracked. • One account, every device — start a timer on your Mac or Windows desktop, review timesheets on the web dashboard, and track on the go from your phone. • Honest timesheets — accurate work hours, editable entries, and a clear audit trail your team can trust. TRACK TIME YOUR WAY • One-tap timers and manual time entries • Organize time by project and task • Billable hours ready for invoicing and payroll • Timesheets for office, remote, and field workers TEAM MANAGEMENT • Invite your team and manage roles • Per-person timesheets and activity at a glance • Activity Score — a transparent, opt-in signal of active work time (never a hidden "productivity" score) OPTIONAL, ALWAYS OPT-IN • Screenshots as work proof — only if your organization turns them on • Attach a photo to a time entry as proof of work • Record location at timer start and stop — only when enabled, and you can decline and still track time BUILT ON PRIVACY AslTime stores your data securely and never sells it. There is no covert tracking, no background surveillance, and no dark patterns. You decide what your team shares. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Download AslTime and start tracking time the honest way.
