NovaUnit is the resident app for your condominium. Report repairs, book facilities, apply for keycards and renovations, read building notices and vote at your AGM, all from your phone.
SERVICE REQUESTS
Report a leaking pipe, a pest sighting or a dirty corridor in a few taps. Choose a category (pest control, plumbing, electrical, cleaning or general), describe the issue and add up to five photos or a video. Emergencies such as a stuck lift, flooding or a gas smell are flagged as urgent for the management office automatically. Each request has its own message thread with your management team, a live status (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed) and a push notification whenever there's an update. No signal? Your request is saved and sent as soon as you're back online.
FACILITY BOOKINGS
Book the BBQ pit, function room or courts from a monthly calendar that shows which days and time slots are free. You see your own bookings only, never anyone else's. Fees, deposits and the pay-by date are shown up front, and you can follow your deposit through to its refund.
APPLICATIONS
Apply for keycards, car-park transponders and remotes, book a move-in or move-out slot, or submit a renovation application with your contractor's details and documents. Track every application from submission to approval in the app.
BUILDING NOTICES
Maintenance schedules, facility closures, renovation works and community updates arrive as push notifications and stay in your inbox, with important notices pinned at the top.
AGM VOTING
When your building holds its general meeting online or in hybrid form, owners can check in from the app and, once the meeting secretary has confirmed their attendance, vote For, Against or Abstain on each resolution as it is opened. The app follows the meeting live and only ever confirms that a vote for your unit was recorded, never how it was cast. Results are declared at the meeting by the chairperson.
COMMUNITY BOARD
Sell things to your neighbours, report lost and found items, or recommend a good contractor. Posts expire after 30 days and the management team can moderate the board.
ASK THE BUILDING
Ask everyday questions such as pool hours, bin days or move-in rules, and get answers drawn only from your building's own information. If it doesn't know, it says so.
SIMPLE REGISTRATION
Pick your building and unit, add your details and wait for management approval; you'll get a notification once you're in. Each unit has one account, which keeps your building's records tidy.
PRIVATE AND SECURE
Your data stays with your building: residents of one building never see another building's data, and you never see other residents' bookings or requests. Data is encrypted in transit, and we never sell your information. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
BACKED BY YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
NovaUnit works hand in hand with your MCST and managing agent, who use the NovaUnit web portal to respond to requests, confirm bookings, approve applications, post notices and run general meetings.
Some features, such as Ask the Building and AGM voting, appear only when your building uses them.
