It sits in its own new section, Going Deeper, because it asks you to stay awake and pay attention rather than drift off. LAYER EVERYTHING Play a guided session over any music, with nature sounds underneath. All three layers now sit together with their own play button and their own volume, so you can set the balance exactly how you want it — voice a little louder, music low, rain just there in the background.
