ONE GROCERY LIST
Turn one recipe or your whole week into a grocery list. Ingredients are grouped by supermarket aisle, and you can check items off while you shop.
OPTIONAL MACRO MATCHING
If you want it, add your macro targets. ReciPop ranks recipes against those targets to help you choose meals that fit. Every recipe shows per-serving calories, protein, carbs, and fat, clearly labelled as source-stated or estimated.
SAVE RECIPES FROM ANYWHERE
Keep recipes you find on Instagram, TikTok, or any website. Paste a link or use the iOS share sheet, and ReciPop parses the recipe into ingredients, steps, and nutrition for your cookbook.
COOK STEP BY STEP
Cook mode presents one step at a time and keeps your screen awake. When you finish, log the meal.
GUEST-FIRST AND PRIVATE
Use ReciPop fully as a guest. No account or email is required, and Sign in with Apple is optional. Your recipes, meal plan, grocery list, and macro targets stay on your device and are not collected.
RECIPOP PLUS
Choose the recommended yearly plan at 39.99 USD per year, starting with a 7-day free trial, or the weekly plan at 5.99 USD per week with no trial. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew unless cancelled.
