CREATE AND REVIEW ROOF REPORTS
Start report intake from a property address and review available roof measurements, diagrams, facets, pitch, edges, and gutter details. Report contents depend on the data available for each property and your RoofRecon plan.
CAPTURE FIELD PHOTOS
Use the iPhone or iPad camera to attach job-site photos to the correct report. A durable sync queue helps protect field work when connectivity changes, then uploads evidence when service is available.
TRACK STORM ACTIVITY
Use the Storm Center to review saved alert zones, affected areas, and storm criteria relevant to the properties and markets your team follows.
KEEP OPERATIONS CONNECTED
Access leads, carrier information, team settings, billing controls, support, and account tools from the app. When a report is ready for the next stage, Send to ReconCRM moves the qualified work into the ReconCRM customer and pipeline workspace without duplicate entry.

RoofRecon supports iPhone and iPad, with complete light and dark appearances designed for desk work, site visits, and everything between.
Eligible monthly plans can be purchased, restored, and managed through the App Store. Existing RoofRecon web subscriptions continue to work in the app.

RoofRecon V1.1 adds the account-gated Survey Desk while preserving every V1.0 workflow. Eligible accounts confirm the target building before generation. On iPad, estimators can draw and reshape facets, classify edges, verify obstacles, measure, snap vertices, undo or redo, compare revisions, record correction reasons, and save audited draft or review revisions. Design Help adds tracked requests, notes, assignment, cancellation, and reviewer resolution without promising an unproven turnaround time. Reviewer approval is created from saved server evidence, and publication remains blocked unless the server release gate explicitly permits it. Published revisions can produce PDF, CSV, GeoJSON, a clearly labeled RoofRecon claims worksheet XML, and an exact-revision ReconCRM handoff. iPhone supports geometry review, approval, comments, and existing field capture. V1.1 adds authenticated in-app support, privacy-filtered crash diagnostics, and an app-version-scoped OTA receiver while retaining reports, photos, claims, storm tools, leads, subscriptions, sharing, and existing report actions.
