Heirloom Family Tree
Build it together
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Heirloom is a beautiful shared family tree your whole family builds together.
Start with one name. Invite parents, siblings, aunties, and cousins with a single link — everyone can add relatives, photos, dates, and stories, and nothing appears on the tree until you approve it.
EVERY KIND OF FAMILY
• Marriages in order — 1st, 2nd — with current and past relationships shown clearly
• Step-parents, half-siblings, and blended families laid out beautifully
• Adopted family members, drawn with the classic dashed line
• A "?" card for parents you haven't identified yet
BUILT FOR TOGETHERNESS
• Invite with a link — nothing for family to install or remember
• Suggestions and approvals keep the tree accurate
• Live updates: approve Auntie's addition and she sees it moments later
• Linked families: married into a family with its own tree? Connect them, peek behind any card, or view both side by side
MAKE IT YOURS
• Photos on every card
• Four hand-tuned color themes
• Straight or curved connection lines
• Arrange cards your way, with one-tap tidy-up
KEEP IT FOREVER
• Turn the tree into an elegant chart to print, share, or frame
• Export your family's full data anytime — it's yours
Free to use. Your family's story, kept together.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
The Donate button is now clearly labelled and sits beside the Tree, People and Sharing tabs, so it is easier to find.
Settings can now pass Heirloom on: share the app with family who would like a tree of their own, or open your own tree on the website when you would rather work on a bigger screen.
