HealingBeats is a wellness app that uses camera-based AI analysis to check your current heart rate and stress level, then recommends sounds based on the results. No wearable needed — just look at your phone's camera for a moment.
■ Quick camera measurement
- Follow the on-screen guide and hold your face in view to measure.
- See your heart rate (BPM), Stress Index, Stress Resilience Index, and an emotion summary based on facial expression on one screen.
■ Healing sounds for how you feel now
- After measuring, choose the direction you want to recover in and get sounds that fit.
■ Sleep Lock (bedtime lock)
- Pick a length and start. Until it ends, every app except the ones you allow is locked.
- With music playing, the screen moves through breathing, meditation, and getting ready for sleep.
- If something urgent comes up, use the emergency exit to unlock right away at any time.
- Sleep Lock uses iPhone's Screen Time. Which apps you use never leaves your device.

- Healing Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
