HomeRecon is a home maintenance and property record app for homeowners. Track up to three properties, add appliances and warranties, save dated photos and notes, create focused SpotCheck records, and share finished PDFs from your iPhone or iPad.

IPHONE, IPAD, AND WEB SYNC
Sign in to the same HomeRecon account on your iPhone, iPad, or the web. Your property records and SpotCheck work stay synchronized.
SCOUT AI, WHEN ENABLED
Ask account-scoped questions about recent SpotChecks, maintenance reminders, documents, and active warranties. Conversation history is off by default. An account owner or administrator can enable 30, 90, or 365-day history from the HomeRecon web Scout AI page. Saved conversations remain account-scoped and can be deleted there. Conversation content is not used to train models.

HomeRecon supports up to three properties and keeps each property record connected across devices.
You stay in control with access to support, data export requests, sign out, and in-app account deletion.
Ratings & Reviews
Scout AI is now available with optional account-scoped conversation history. History is off by default; an account owner or administrator can enable a 30, 90, or 365-day retention period from the HomeRecon web Scout AI page, and saved conversations can be deleted there. Conversation content is not used to train models. Ask about recent SpotChecks, maintenance reminders, documents, and active warranties using the property records already in your account. This update also keeps photo-linked findings, improved iPad layouts, dark appearance, data export, and account deletion initiation.
