Affirmation Alarm & Routine
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Wake up feeling better. Sunshine is the affirmation focused alarm clock designed to help you start your morning with positive thoughts, gentle prompts, personalised sounds, and a morning routine that feels good.
How it works:
1: **Set your alarm** – Choose your wake-up time and pick from available sounds or your own personalised audio.
2: **Wake up positively** – Start your morning with affirmations, uplifting prompts, and a gentler wake-up experience.
3: **Follow your morning flow** – Move through simple post-alarm steps designed to help you transition out of bed and into your day.
4: **Reduce distractions** – Use optional app-blocking features to help prevent distracting apps from taking over the first part of your morning.
5: **Build your streak** – Complete your morning routine, keep your streak going, and wake up alongside your Sunshine buddy.
Whether you want to start your day with affirmations, create a more positive morning routine, spend less time scrolling after waking up, or simply make mornings feel a little better, Sunshine is your morning companion.
