Each record keeps the date and time you choose and appears in your history as soon as it is saved. Organize periods with chapters you name, and view recorded weight or waist measurements over a date range. A blank day stays blank; the app does not infer what happened. Choose Once, Daily, or Weekly and a time for each reminder • Export a local ZIP backup or restore a supported backup on this device. Restore replaces all current local records with those from the backup. You can also delete local data. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No subscription. No ads. No product analytics or telemetry. No cloud storage for your records. Your history stays on this device. If you lose the device or delete the app, records without an accessible backup may be lost permanently. When available, fill a new medication draft with the product and amount from the latest entry you recorded as taken. Export a local ZIP backup. Restore a supported backup to replace all current local records with those from the backup. Jump to a month in History, and choose 30-day, 90-day, all, or custom ranges for Body over time. A reminder that cannot be checked stays unchanged instead of being switched off.
