New plan for tour guides and big groups: Tour Group. Up to 50 travelers on one trip. Travelers join photos-only and the roster stays private — you and your co-hosts run the plan, and you can change either setting any time. See every day of your trip on a map. The Plan tab has a map mode now: each stop pinned, drive / walk / train / bus times between them, and a heads-up when a day is going to run late. Can't agree on a plan? Keep up to three versions of a plan, so everyone in your group can travel happy! Also in this release: - Compare two versions of a day's plan side by side - Share a finished trip's plan by link — the itinerary only, no photos or bookings - Start a new trip from any trip you've already planned

The white flash is gone. Opening the app used to blink white before anything appeared, and so did every tap on the bottom bar. Now the app launches straight into its own colours and moves between screens without a flicker. Also in this release: • The app starts faster — its fonts now ship inside the app instead of being fetched from the web on every launch • An event that runs over several days and is happening right now reads as happening now, instead of dropping into Past on its second day • Your trips and events on the home screen are ordered by date again

The app speaks Spanish properly now. Six screens were still showing English to people using the app in Spanish — the plan tabs, saved places, memories, the recap and more. All fixed. Dates and labels follow your language too, even on a trip someone else created. Also in this release: • Redeem an App Store promo code without leaving the app — tap "Have a code?" when you upgrade (iPhone on iOS 16.3 or later) • Choosing the free plan when you create a trip or event now says what it really means: you can add more people any time later • Email invitations are more secure: the personal sign-in link now only ever reaches the person you invited. To share more widely, use the invite link or QR code in the same sheet • Print poster now works everywhere. It used to open a dead-end tab in the browser and do nothing at all in the app — now it opens your device's own print dialog, and the poster carries the real That One Time logo

Your trips now look like your trips. Photos lead the way — on the home screen, at the top of every trip and event, and in the invitations you send. Also in this release: • A trip or event with no photos yet gets its own artwork instead of an empty header • Cover photos are framed better, so faces stop getting cropped out of the top • Invitation emails now show the trip itself, so people can see what they're joining • Recap stats are readable again, and fit on a single row • Faster, steadier photo loading throughout the app

Also in this release: • Fixed a crash when adding a large batch of high-resolution photos from your library • Adding photos is easier on your phone's memory, and now shows progress while it works • Scheduling a saved place closes the whole flow instead of leaving sheets stacked up • Sending an email invite clears the field, so inviting the next person is one tap • One sign-in screen that does both jobs — create an account or log in • Shared recaps now always have a clear way back into the app

Notifications are here. - When someone updates the plan, adds a place, posts a photo, or leaves a note for the group, everyone else gets a heads-up. Tap it and you land right on what changed. - Comments come to you. If someone comments on your photo, you hear about it directly — instead of the whole trip hearing about it. - You decide how much. Mute a single trip with the bell in its header, or turn everything off in Profile → Notifications. Support for iPad Bigger photos on the trip and event pages.

- ThatOneTime is now a proper iPad app. It uses the whole screen instead of running like a blown-up phone, works in portrait or landscape, and you can run it beside another app while you're planning. - Photos are bigger on the trip and event pages. The Recent memories row now matches the size you see in Memories, so you can actually tell what you're looking at — that one's on iPhone too, not just iPad.

- UI and Navigation improvements - Add Travel and Lodging reservations via Copy and Pasting from an email confirmation. Paste the whole email into your trip and the app will scan the contents and input your reservation directly into your itinerary, easy peasy lemon squeezy. - Like and comments on the Memories (photos) posted to your trip or event.
