Futari: Couples Space
Shared widget, journal & lists
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Write a note and it lands on the widget on both your Home Screens. Shared lists, dates, questions for two and a timeline of your memories. Free for both of you.
A private app for couples. Write a note, draw something or add a photo, and it shows up on the widget on both your Home Screens.
Futari is for exactly two people: shared lists, important dates, questions for two, and one timeline the two of you fill.
ONE CARD, TWO HOME SCREENS
A few words, a doodle or a photo. “Back by 7.” “Proud of you.” “Save me dumplings.” The widget is the same on both phones, so whoever picks it up last leaves the last word.
START ON YOUR OWN
Sign in and make an envelope for your partner. While it’s on its way, look around all four tabs. Adding things opens once they join.
MORE WIDGETS
Together since counts your days. Coming up counts down to your next date. Both fit the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.
LONG DISTANCE
Write the card in one city and it shows on the widget in the other. Add the next visit as an important date, and Coming up counts down to it on both phones.
SHARED LISTS
Groceries, the film queue, the trip you keep postponing. Add from either phone. Tick things off together, or use Pick together to choose one thing without seeing each other’s pick first.
QUESTIONS FOR TWO
Answer the same question. Each answer stays sealed until you’ve both written one.
CHALLENGES
Seven evening walks. A month of no phones at dinner. Set a small challenge, log it from either side, and watch it fill up.
IMPORTANT DATES
Anniversaries, the day you met, the visa renewal. Futari keeps your shared dates with a days-until count.
TIMELINE AND MAP
Memories, photos, journal entries and the note from your invitation, kept together in date order. Give a memory a place and it goes on your map.
SHARE A CARD
Turn a memory, a journal entry or a date into a card you can send anywhere. It shows only the one thing you chose.
LINES
An inside joke, something they said, a line from a song. Save it in a second.
ON THIS DAY
Futari brings back memories, notes and journal entries from this day in earlier years.
NOTIFICATIONS
Know the moment your partner opens the envelope, and when they add something new. Memory and journal titles show on the Lock Screen. In your first week, Futari also sends up to four short notes with small things to try, like a first memory or a question for two. One switch, Us › Notifications, turns all of it on or off. You can add a gentle daily nudge too.
ONLY THE TWO OF YOU
Your shared records are encrypted on your devices. Futari syncs records it can’t read. Before pairing, the optional sealed note uses service-managed encryption at rest and is revealed only after explicit pairing. If you turn on notifications, an alert may use an entry or challenge title to word it; the server does not store that title. No ads. No tracking. Futari counts which parts of the app get used, through Google Analytics for Firebase, never what either of you writes. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it asks first, and anyone can turn it off in Us. No public profiles. Sign in with Apple. Delete your account and your data from inside the app at any time.
FREE, FOR BOTH OF YOU
The invitation envelope, the shared widget card, one shared list, one important date, two question packs, the timeline and map, share cards, on this day, lines, and the daily nudge are free.
FUTARI PLUS
One subscription covers both of you, monthly or yearly, and the yearly plan starts with a free week. Futari Plus unlocks unlimited shared lists, challenges, every important date, voice moments, a readable export, the weekly recap, looks and app icons, and more question packs, including ones you write yourselves.
Futari Plus is US$1.99 a month, or US$19.99 a year with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers, billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Rate it together. Tick something off a shared list and each of you rates it; neither rating shows until both are in. Top picks ranks the ones the two of you liked most.
Start a list from a template: films, places, books, restaurants or trips.
Heart a memory, then search the Timeline or filter it to the memories either of you hearted.
The new Memory widget brings back one memory a day, from this day in a past year when there is one.
Home and the Coming up widget show your next milestone: the next month, the next 100 days or the next anniversary.
The shared card widget now comes in a small size and for the Lock Screen.
